Apparently, Kailyn Lowry is single and ready to mingle! The Teen Mom 2 star’s now ex-girlfriend, Dominique Potter, made her debut on last night’s new episode, but based on Dom’s recent social media rant, they’re totally over. Despite hanging out with Kail’s three boys and traveling with her to various appearances, the two are now done — and it sounds like their split was messy. During the show, Kail drove to New Jersey from Delaware to support Jo Rivera‘s family as they held a hurricane benefit, and she brought Dom along as her date. On the way back, Kailyn received a text asking if Dom was her new girlfriend, but she wasn’t quite sure what to say.



“I don’t know how to answer that!” she told Dom. “How do I answer that?”


Dom said, “Let me know how you do.” Spoiler alert: Kail never responded to the text.


During the reunion special, Kail and Javi Marroquin admitted that they hooked up right after his split from Briana DeJesus — and fans were shocked. But no one was more shocked than Dom, who found out the news on Twitter. She wrote at the time, “Wow. Lol she was actually dating me at the time… thanks for the info.” She followed up with a series of vague tweets that were most likely directed at Kail.


“Who knew evil girls had the prettiest face,” she wrote. “Out here defending people for whatttt lol, I keep my mouth closed though.” She then went on to tweet about someone taking “advantage of everything I did for you girl that’s crazy.” She also called the behavior “too predictable” and said to “change your patterns.”


Back in November, the 26-year-old gushed about her then-mystery girlfriend but admitted dating isn’t easy with children. “We were friends for a year until it just kind of like turned into it [a relationship]. It’s not like she was trying to wine and dine me to ask me to be her girlfriend.” She added, “We go out to eat, but it’s kind of hard because I have kids; I have a baby. I have never gotten a babysitter and gone on a date.” Welp, we’re sure they’re not going out to eat anymore!
